You know you're an old boring adult when you get excited about stuff like Freeways. The traffic in Davis County is so insane that we've been waiting for Legacy Parkway to open to ease the congestion. On Saturday Sept 13th, they allowed cyclists and runners on the Parkway before it opened to traffic.
